Rubber pulley Lagging:
Description:
On-site operation, no need to disassemble the drum, it is convenient and fast.We use imported materials, high bonding strength, good wear resistance. Thickness is 8, 10, 12, 15, 20mm, etc., can also provide flame resistant quality.
Coefficient of friction between conveyor belt and pulley is a very important factor in determining the performance of a conveyor belt on a drive.
Low coefficient of friction may cause conveyor belt slippage and lead to more wear of the belt and belt tracking problem.
Rubber pulley lagging can reduce slippage and extend service life of conveyor belt.

2. Ceramic pulley Lagging:
Ceramic pulley lagging is specially suited for pulleys where slippage and excessive wear and tear problems make normal rubber lagging ineffective. The alumina ceramic tiles help in proper grip of the belt under wet, muddy or any EPT such arduous conditions.
Ceramic rubber pulley lagging sheet offers a significant increase in friction, grip and tracking of the belt and elimination or reduction of belt slippage.
The coverage of ceramic on the surface of the lagging can be customised depending on your application and is used to increase or decrease friction and grip.
